1. Introduction

Welcome to GSDR Nature’s Cave. By accessing our website and making a booking, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Booking Policy

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

  • A booking is confirmed only after receipt of payment and confirmation from our side.

  • Guests must provide accurate contact details during booking.

  • Government-issued valid ID proof is mandatory at check-in.

GSDR Nature’s Cave reserves the right to refuse booking in case of incorrect or misleading information.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in Time: 12:00 PM

  • Check-out Time: 10:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

  • Maintain decorum and respect other guests

  • Avoid damage to property or amenities

  • Follow resort rules and staff instructions

  • Not engage in illegal activities

Any damage caused to the property will be charged to the guest.

5. Events & Gatherings

For private events, corporate gatherings, or celebrations:

  • Prior approval from management is required

  • Additional charges may apply

  • Noise levels must be controlled after 10:00 PM

6. Food & Services

Meal packages (Stay Only / With Breakfast / With All Meals) must be selected at the time of booking or informed in advance.

Outside food policy may vary and is subject to management discretion.

7. Payment Terms

  • Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm booking.

  • Payments made through our website are processed via secure third-party payment gateways.

  • GSDR Nature’s Cave is not responsible for payment failures due to bank/server issues.

8. Cancellation & Refund

All cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (see below).

9. Limitation of Liability

GSDR Nature’s Cave is not responsible for:

  • Loss of personal belongings

  • Injuries due to misuse of facilities

  • Natural events beyond our control

Guests use facilities such as swimming pool and outdoor areas at their own risk.

10. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
