Weekend Bookings (Friday, Saturday & Sunday)
• Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable.

Weekday Bookings (Monday to Thursday)

•  Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in are non-refundable.

Peak Season & Public Holidays

• Bookings made during long weekends, public holidays, festive seasons, and other peak periods are 100% non-refundable.

Group Bookings

• Reservations for 3 or more rooms must be cancelled at least 30 days before check-in.

• Cancellations made after this period may incur 100% cancellation charges.

No-Show & Early Check-out

• No refund will be provided for no-shows.

• No refund will be provided for early check-outs or any unused portion of the stay.

Date Modification

• Date changes are subject to room availability.

• Requests must be made before the applicable cancellation period.

• Any difference in room tariff for the revised dates will be payable by the guest.

Refund Processing

• Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after approval.

• Payment gateway charges, bank transaction fees, and other processing charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount, where applicable.
